Did you ever have one of those days where you just could not stay on your bike? I got this on my friend's birthday as we were descending the rock garden. It took a minute or two to find out a) everything was still attached, b) my back hurt, c) everything still could move a bit, and then to get back on my bike and point downhill again.
I guess this is a HNT entry. Even took some of the skin off for you so maybe this is HNT++.
